Divya Ganesan

Divya Ganesan is a high school senior from the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the co-founder and co-executive director of Real Talk (learnrealtalk.org), a non-profit with the mission of empowering youth to engage in political discussion with empathy, curiosity, and respect. In her local community, she has served as the President of the Palo Alto Youth council, the designated liaison between teens and City Council, and at the international level was selected as a youth delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. In her various communities, she is a passionate advocate for cross-partisan collaboration and youth engagement as a means for a more productive democracy. She looks forward to creating space for critical, authentic dialogue this year as a member of the NGP podcast team.
